Information you give us. When you submit a Book Trip / date request, our exit-intent capture, or otherwise contact us, we collect the information you provide — typically your first and last name, email address, phone number, preferred travel dates, and the destinations you're interested in.

Information collected automatically. When you use the site, we automatically receive technical information from your browser and device, including IP address, browser type, referring URL, pages viewed, and timestamps. This helps us run the site, prevent abuse, and improve the experience.

Lead-consent records. When you submit a form, our partner ActiveProspect TrustedForm captures a recording of the form session (a "TrustedForm Certificate") to document your consent. The certificate is associated with your submission and stored alongside the lead record.

We use the information you give us to:

• Respond to your date request and quote pricing and availability;
• Contact you by phone, text, or email about your trip and any follow-up questions;
• Process bookings, payments, and changes after you approve a quote;
• Send marketing communications you've opted in to (and let you opt out at any time);
• Operate, secure, and improve the site, including measuring traffic and conversion;
• Comply with applicable laws and respond to legal requests.

We don't sell your personal information. We do share it with vendors and partners that help us run the business:

• Resort and travel partners — to confirm availability, place a hold, and ultimately book your stay once you approve a quote.
• Zoho CRM — we store and manage leads and bookings in Zoho's CRM platform.
• ActiveProspect / TrustedForm — lead-consent certification, as described above.
• Google Analytics — aggregated, mostly de-identified site analytics.
• Meta Pixel — conversion measurement and ad delivery on Facebook and Instagram, when enabled.
• Payment processor — when you approve a quote, payment is collected through a PCI-compliant payment processor; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Service providers — hosting, email delivery, customer support tooling, fraud prevention, and similar vendors who handle data on our behalf under written agreements.
• Legal & safety — when required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Any 3 Nights, our customers, or others.
• Business transfers — if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We use cookies and similar technologies for site functionality, analytics, and (when configured) advertising. You can disable cookies in your browser, but parts of the site may not work as intended.

We honor browser-level Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where required by law as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.

By submitting a date request and checking the consent box, you authorize Any 3 Nights and our affiliates and contractors to contact you at the phone number and email address you provide — including by automatic telephone dialing system, pre-recorded or artificial voice, ringless voicemail, and SMS — about your request, related travel offers, and the matters described in this policy. Standard message and data rates may apply. Your consent is not required to make a purchase.

You can opt out of marketing communications at any time:

• Reply STOP to any marketing text;
• Click "unsubscribe" in any marketing email;
• Call 888-882-0464 and ask to be removed; or
• Email [email protected] with the subject "Unsubscribe."

We will still contact you about active trips and bookings (transactional messages) even after you opt out of marketing.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know what categories of personal information are collected and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.

We keep your information for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information; no method of transmission or storage over the Internet is 100% secure.

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted on this page or otherwise communicated.

Submitting a date request through this site is a request for a quote, not a confirmed booking. A trip is only booked once a Reservation Specialist confirms availability, you approve the final price and inclusions in writing, and any required payment has been authorized.

Pricing displayed on the site, in advertisements, or in informal conversations is illustrative and subject to change without notice based on resort availability, season, taxes, fees, and currency fluctuations. Final pricing is the price quoted in writing by your Reservation Specialist for the specific dates, destination, and resort you confirm.

Package length depends on the destination — U.S. and Canada packages are 4 days / 3 nights; Mexico and Dominican Republic packages are 5 days / 4 nights — unless otherwise stated in a written quote. All accommodations are subject to availability at the time of booking and may be substituted with comparable properties if the originally quoted resort becomes unavailable.

Payment. Payment is collected once you approve a final written quote. We accept major credit and debit cards through a PCI-compliant payment processor. Charges will appear on your statement under the descriptor your Specialist provides at the time of booking.

Deposits. Some packages may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking; if so, your Specialist will disclose the deposit amount and refund policy in writing before you authorize payment.

Changes & cancellations. Change and cancellation terms vary by resort, destination, and date. Your Reservation Specialist will share the exact terms in writing before you confirm. Once a booking is confirmed, change and cancellation rules of the booking destination and resort apply, in addition to any service fees disclosed at the time of booking.

Chargebacks. Disputed charges that arise from unwillingness to honor cancellation terms previously agreed to in writing may be contested and may result in collections or legal action for amounts owed.

Any 3 Nights acts as an agent for the resorts, hotels, and other suppliers ("Suppliers") that actually provide your accommodations and any included services. Your contract for those services is with the Suppliers. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of Suppliers, including changes to property amenities, resort fees, taxes, force majeure events, weather, road conditions, governmental restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

You are responsible for ensuring you have valid travel documents (including passports, visas, and any health documentation) for your destination, and for arranging your own transportation to and from the resort unless your written quote explicitly includes transfers or flights.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Any 3 Nights, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the site or any travel services. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or any package booked through us will not exceed the amount you actually paid to Any 3 Nights for the package giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so portions of the above may not apply to you.

You agree not to use this site to (a) submit false or fraudulent date requests, (b) probe, scan, or test the security of the site, (c) interfere with or overload the site, or (d) infringe anyone's intellectual-property or privacy rights.

All content on the site — including text, photography, logos, and design — is owned by Any 3 Nights or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. You may view and share links to the site, but you may not copy, reproduce, or republish content without our prior written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [COUNTY, STATE], and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
